1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

4. Agreement

  1. An agreement is established once the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation via email.

  2. Belle d’Orée is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.


5. Prices

  2. Delivery times displayed on the webshop are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, and customs procedures.

  3. Belle d’Orée is not responsible for delays caused by international logistics or customs inspections.

  4. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.


8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day the product is received, unless legally exempt (e.g., used electrical devices or hygiene-related items).

  2. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after Belle d’Orée receives the returned product.


9. Liability

  1. Belle d’Orée is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or unsafe use of the Wireless Portable Straight Hair Comb.

  2. Customers must follow the product instructions and temperature settings carefully.

  3. Belle d’Orée is not responsible for hair or skin damage resulting from improper use.

  4. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.


10. Warranty

  1. Belle d’Orée complies with legal warranty obligations regarding manufacturing defects.

  2. Warranty does not apply to:

    • misuse or improper handling

    • damage from drops or impacts

    • normal wear and tear

    • damage caused by non-compliance with the product manual

  3. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.


11. Force Majeure

Belle d’Orée is not liable for failure or delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, transport issues, or customs delays.


12. Intellectual Property

All images, texts, designs, and media displayed on the Belle d’Orée webshop are the intellectual property of Belle d’Orée and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written permission.


13. Privacy

Customer data is processed according to applicable privacy laws. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on the webshop.


14. Governing Law

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Belle d’Orée is established.

  2. International customers retain rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.

  3. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual agreement.
