Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
Lost packages due to wrong address entry
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@belle-doree.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Belle d’Orée is not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Lost packages caused by the courier
Stolen packages
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
We will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for courier-related loss outside our control.
9. Delayed Delivery
While we aim to provide accurate estimates, Belle d’Orée cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier delays).
Refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the Return Policy.
