This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, delivery times, and related matters for worldwide orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing times may be longer.


2. Worldwide Shipping

Belle d’Orée ships worldwide.

Shipping times vary by destination and may be affected by customs, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard International Shipping:

  • 7–20 business days depending on destination

  • Remote areas may require more time

Factors that may extend delivery time:

  • Customs clearance

  • High seasonal demand

  • Local postal delays

  • Natural or logistical disruptions

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method

  • Order weight and size

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A shipping confirmation

  • A tracking number (if available)

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Belle d’Orée is not responsible for:

  • Customs charges

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Delays due to customs inspections

These are charged by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the customer.


7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Belle d’Orée is not liable for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to wrong address entry

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@belle-doree.com.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Belle d’Orée is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost packages caused by the courier

  • Stolen packages

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for courier-related loss outside our control.


9. Delayed Delivery

While we aim to provide accurate estimates, Belle d’Orée cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier delays).

Refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the Return Policy.
