We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Due to hygiene and electronic product safety regulations, items that show signs of use cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or tested hair tools (including the Wireless Portable Straight Hair Comb)

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Products returned after 14 days


3. Return Process

To start a return, contact us at:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.


5. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be issued after:

  1. The returned item is received and inspected.

  2. It is confirmed to be unused and in original condition.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Provide photos/videos of the damage

  • Do not use the product

We may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Case-by-case evaluation will be applied.


7. Wrong Item Received

If we accidentally send the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you

  • Return costs will be covered by Belle d’Orée


8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Belle d’Orée is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to courier error

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.


10. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
For all other cases, a return followed by a new purchase is required.
